Our Introduction Welcome to our website, I am Louise and together with my partner we formed RLS Estates.com and www.rlslettings.co.uk. Between these two websites we can cover most elements of residential property sales and letting.

Together we have over 30 years combined experience in the North East property market - as owners, landlords and developers. Over this time we have covered most aspects of property development, sales and lettings both in residential and commercial areas. Louise has considerable experience working for several North East Estate Agencies as well as working together within our own business ventures.  

Over the last 18 years we have personally developed, sold and let over 50 of our own properties and now wish to share our knowledge and expertise with you. In that time we have personally paid in excess of £25,000 in fees to various estate agents, which is a large amount considering the level of service we have received on occasions! This fact coupled with our own experience of selling our own developed properties, is what brought us to the conclusion that a new approach to selling property was needed.
